Workshop, Tutorial, and
Invited Sessions Proposal Submission:
Proposals for invited sessions, pre- and post conference workshops and tutorials will be accepted before December 17, 2004. Please contact the Workshops Chair using the same web page as noted above in 1.0.

Student Paper Competition:
Please submit your paper using the on-line submission process using the same web page as noted above in 1.0. If the first author is a
student, that paper will be automatically considered for Student Paper
Competition.
