Please
read the following information on registration fees before proceeding to
register for the conference.
If you
have general questions about registration, please contact the
.
If you need to contact our Registration Office for confirmation or
concerning details about your submitted registration, you can contact
them at this email address (now closed).
Authors
You must include a full registration fee of $475 if you are an IEEE
member, or $600 if you are not an IEEE member (please see below about
becoming an IEEE member), with the first paper you publish at this
conference. Extra charges apply for each additional paper associated
with the same registration. There is no limit on the number of
pages allowed in each paper, however an extra charge will be collected
for all pages in excess of 4 pages on any paper. (See "extra
paper" and "extra page" charges in the Fee Table below.)
Authors may also refer to the Author's Guide
web page for an explanation of paper length, extra papers, and extra
pages.
Student Attendees
Students who are attending the conference as non-authors, or as
co-authors of a paper where another co-author has paid the full
registration fee, may pay the low "student" registration fee or the
even lower "student member" registration fee if they are IEEE student
members at the time of registration. Otherwise student authors
must pay the higher "IEEE members" or "General Public" registration
fees, depending on whether they are IEEE members or not. Student
authors are not exempt from the extra charges for additional papers and
extra pages as listed below. (Note: Subsidies for students are
already reflected in the low student rates. Unfortunately no further
funding is available through the Conference Committee. Some local
Sections may provide assistance for students; please check with your
local Section of the IEEE.)
