Final submissions can only be uploaded with a regular registration and at least one author of each paper must register at the regular rate.

The above registration fees include tickets for the meals (opening ceremony, three breakfasts, three lunches, and one banquet dinner) and the farewell party, and one copy of the proceeding on a memory stick. Additional copys of the proceedings on a memory stick can be purchased for an additional $50 each.

The minimum number of pages for each paper is four, but a maximum of six pages is permitted without incuring extra charges. Two additional pages can be added (bringing the absoulte maximum paper lenghth to eight pages) provided a $100 excess-page charge is paid for each additional page.

Registration for each attendee's partner (which includes tickets for the meals) is $200 but DOES NOT include access to the technical portions of the conference. Extra guest tickets for just the banquet are available at $100 per person.

All fees are in Canadian Dollars and include applicable taxes.

Notes:

A student registration is not a regular registration. Each student registration will receive one copy of the conference proceedings and meal ticket.

For one accepted paper, one regular registration is required. The author pays $600 (IEEE member) or $700 (non IEEE member). Each regular registration will receive one copy of the conference proceedings and meal ticket. If both the professor and student plan to attend the conference, the professor will register with a regular registration and the student will need to register with a student registration ($300). If only the student plans to attend the conference, one regular registration is still required.

In the case where one author has two accepted paper, one regular registration $600 (IEEE member) or $700 (non IEEE member) is required and the author pays an additional $150 dollars to upload the second paper. However, only one copy of the proceedings and meal ticket will be provided.

In the case where one author has three accepted paper, one regular registration $600 (IEEE member) or $700 (non IEEE member) is required and the author pays an additional $400 dollars to upload the second and third papers. However, only one copy of the proceedings and meal ticket will be provided.

In the case where one author has more then three accepted paper, one regular registration $600 (IEEE member) or $700 (non IEEE member) is required. A group rate will be available to upload the additional papers. Please contact the general chair (chair@ccece2015.org) for group rates. However, only one copy of the proceedings and meal ticket will be provided.

Registrations may be cancelled up to and including March 1st, 2015. No refunds will be issued thereafter. Each cancellation is subject to a $50 non-refundable administration fee.

The above Cancellation Policy applies only to non-author delegates. There will be no cancellation refunds for authors who have registered their paper for publication in the conference.
