7. Payment

Payment can be made by cheque - if you have any problems paying this way please contact a member of the committee. (Unfortunately we cannot accept credit-card payments as the related costs make it prohibitively expensive for us.)

Please send a cheque payable to the "University of Southampton" for the total amount in British Pounds Sterling together with a copy of this form, to the conference chair:

All payments must be received by the registration deadline for the rate at which you registered; if payment is not received by the deadline, you will be responsible for the higher rate. Refund policy: Processing fee GBP 10 before 1 July, 2009. No refunds after 1 July, 2009.
