Final Paper Submission Guidelines

Authors are required to prepare final camera drafts as per guidelines listed below. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and online at IEEE Xplore.

• The submission must include the title, authors names, affiliations, and contact email addresses (limited to 4 pages in IEEE double-column format).
   
• At least one presenting author must register before Oct. 22, 2007. (Important)
   
• General guidelines for preparing final document.
   

• The IEEE PDFexpress service will be used to verify the format of your paper. This service DOES NOT constitute electronic submission, it merely checks for proper formatting. The following link can be used for access to IEEE PDFexpress (conference ID: dcas07).

• PDFexpress will be available till Oct. 22, 2007.
