All authors are asked to submit an IEEE copyright form. Authors making an oral presentation are also asked to submit an Author Bio Form and AV Form. Please be sure to include your presentation number on your submitted forms. Your presentation number is noted in the 2008 IVEC Author Notification email sent on Jan 31st.
