| About the Speakers: |
José H. Escamilla is Manager of Reliability and Power
Quality for CPS Energy. He graduated from the University of Texas at San
Antonio with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in
Business Administration. Mr. Escamilla is a licensed Professional Engineer in the
State of Texas and has Fifteen years plus of utility related experience including
transmission planning, transmission & distribution systems operation, service
restoration, and power quality. Mr. Escamilla is a certified Power Quality
Professional by the Association of Energy Engineers.
Curtis B. Cryer is a Power Quality and Reliability Engineer for CPS Energy. He
graduated from the Oregon State University with a BS in Electrical Engineering
majoring in Power Systems and Instrumentation. Mr. Cryer is a licensed
Professional Engineer in the State of Oregon and has over thirty years
