Mr. Ross received his BS in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio and is a Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
He is currently the manager of OMS/DMS SCADA Support for CPS Energy. Tommy is married with two daughters, and five grandchildren.
