We are looking forward to seeing you at the IROS 2015 conference in Hamburg.
You must register before you can submit a final paper. Online registration will close September 21. All attendees (listeners, speakers...) need to register.
The IROS2015 reception desk, where you can get your documents and your giveaway bag on site, will open on Sunday September 27 from 5 pm. Though, the opening hours are from Monday September 28 to Friday October 2 from 07:30 to 18:00.

Registrations include the conference bag with conference proceedings and of course admission to technical sessions, coffee breaks, receptions and the banquet. Payments are only possible by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). Information on the exact registration procedure will be published soon on this site.

Once registered for workshops and tutorials, any workshop and/or tutorial can be attended on Monday and/or Friday. (Note that the workshops have been renumbered with respect to the list on the registration website.The workshop selection list on the registration site was only used to estimate participant counts, and can now be ignored.)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: You may cancel any item, with the exception of a registration that was used to submit a final paper upload, with a €50 processing fee until Aug. 25. After Aug. 25, no refunds will be processed (cancellation fee 100%). Refunds will be provided after the conference.
