Instructions for Authors

Initial Submission Guideline

All papers must be written in English and submitted electronically in PDF format via PaperPlaza no later than 23:59:59 (PST, GMT -8) on May 9, 2014 May 26, 2014.

Instructions and templates can be found as follows:

  • Page size: The page size much be US Letter.
  • Pape format: Two-column format in standard IEEE format is required.
  • Page limit: For the first submission, a manuscript can be of 6-8 pages. For the final submission, a manuscript should be of 6 pages, with 2 additional pages allowed at an extra charge (100 USD per extra page).
  • PDF file: A manuscript file needs to be converted into a PDF file for submission. The file size is limited to 2MB.

Accepted papers will be presented in an oral presentation session and appear in the conference proceedings as well as at IEEE Xplore.

Video attachment (Optional)

Authors are encouraged to include a single optional video in one of the formats mpg, mpeg and mp4, for instance to demonstrate your experimental results. The length of the video is expexted to be about 1 minute and the file size is limited to 5MB.
