(Past Due) Paper Submissions (Peer-Reviewed and Published in IEEE Xplore)

Prospective authors should submit papers electronically in PDF format via PaperPlaza. Six pages in standard IEEE format are allowed for each paper. Page limit: For the first submission, a manuscript can be 6-8 pages. For the final submission, a manuscript should be 6 pages, with 2 additional pages allowed but at an extra charge (USD 125 per page). Authors are encouraged to mention if they prefer an oral or an interactive presentation (including a brief teaser in the plenary session). 

(Past Due) Abstract Submissions

Prospective authors should submit abstracts electronically in PDF format via PaperPlaza. One or two pages in standard IEEE format are allowed for each abstract. Authors will be selected for oral or interactive presentation. Please, indicate your preference.

(Past Due) Proposals for Panel Presentations

Prospective authors should submit session proposals electronically in PDF format via PaperPlaza. Two pages in standard IEEE format should be submitted describing the title and abstract of the panel, the format of the discussion, the panel members and their bios. Panels will be presented for twice the duration of a normal talk briefly discussing a relevant topic in an argumentative manner and without slides.
