Registration is open, last date for advance registration is July 5.
Note that one full registration fee (i.e not a student registration) must be paid for accepted papers to be included in the final program. One such full registration covers up to two papers, and this registration with its corresponding final paper submission should be completed before June 22. Additional papers can be uploaded at an extra fee (290 USD per paper). Full (i.e. not presentation only) papers are allowed up to six pages, but two additional pages can be uploaded at an extra fee (100 USD per page).
All conference attendants need to register. To register as an attendant, please follow the instructions below. Registration is not complete until you have received a receipt of the payment. Other fees
- Paper over length fee. 100 USD (800 SEK) per page, additional paper 290 USD (2350 SEK) per paper.
- Extra banquet ticket: 130 USD (1200 SEK).
- All prices include VAT.

Accommodation is not included in the fees.
Withdraw: on or before July 15, 2015, 80% will be refunded. After July 15, 2015, no refund will be granted.
Invitation Letters
Invitation letters are sent to authors of accepted papers and participants that have payed the registration fee and are active researchers within the field of the conference. Send an email to info@case2015.org with your full name, title, affiliation, full address and if you have an accepted paper also the paper number.
