In modern manufacturing industry there is an increasing need of manage and evolve production flexibility pushed by the demands of personalised products, often driven by customer “change of order” (i.e. change in the system specifications). This special session focuses in new methodologies and tools (i.e. SysML, AutomationML, etc.) that are capable of effectively tracing change of customer specifications and support development engineers in accommodate these sometime dramatic changes in their design and operation process.
