Stochastic and Simulation Modeling in Healthcare Management

There has been growing interest in healthcare systems research and practice worldwide to improve efficiency, safety and quality, reduce cost, and achieve better patient outcome. In an effort to increase awareness and highlight work in these areas, IEEE CASE 2015 will offer a special session on stochastic and simulation modeling in healthcare management. This special session focuses on the research and best practices in stochastic and simulation modeling applied in healthcare engineering.
