Registration and Refund Policy

- An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings ONLY if at least one author registers for the conference and presents the paper at the conference.

- An accepted paper (including Presentation Only paper) must have a FULL registration completed by June 15, 2019, otherwise it is considered to withdrawn.

- One single extra paper for the same author may be included in a registration, provided that the extra paper fee is paid.

- Student registration can be used to attend the conference, but CANNOT be used for the publication of accepted papers.

- A student attendee must provide a copy of his/her student ID or a letter from the related Department Head/Chair stating that the attendee is a full time student.

- IEEE Member must provide member number.

- Conference registration fee (including student registrations) will cover the followings:

o USB conference proceedings containing all CASE 2019 conference papers;

o 2 receptions, 3 lunches, 1 conference banquet, morning and afternoon breaks;

o Access to all planned conference sessions including workshops;

- Workshop Only registration fee will cover 1 lunch, 2 morning/afternoon breaks, and access to one workshop.

- Refund Policy: There will be no refunds to the authors. Paid registrants (non-authors) who cannot attend are entitled to a refund of 50% of the registration fee if a request is received in writing by July 15, 2019. There will be no refunds after that date.
