Registration payment, in US Dollars ($) only, is due within 10 days of receipt of your registration. Registration is not valid or complete until payment is received unless other arrangements are made. The registration fee includes program material, (1) Electronic Technical Digest, exhibit hall access, welcome reception, Wednesday Conference Banquet, lunch on Monday ONLY, refreshment/coffee breaks, and a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee. A $50 fee will be charged for all substitutions. All requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than January 20, 2014. No refunds will be made after this date. Refunds will also not be granted for abstracts not accepted for presentation.
Wednesday Conference Banquet Please join us Wednesday evening for the MEMS 2014 Conference banquet. Banquet tickets for attendees are included in the price of registration, unless a daily registrant. Registration Receipt
Your registration receipt will be emailed as an attachment to the email confirming your registration once your payment has been processed.

The 27th IEEE MEMS 2014 Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco. Hyatt Regency San Francisco hotel is situated on the Embarcadero waterfront across from the historic Ferry Building. Guests of the Hyatt Regency enjoy immediate access and views to both the Financial District and the San Francisco Bay. With convenient location to famous attractions, you may choose to wander through Chinatown to Fisherman's Wharf, take the ferry to Alcatraz, shop in Union Square or board the cable cars for a riding tour of the city all just minutes away. The IEEE MEMS 2014 has arranged for discounted rooms at the Conference hotel, the Hyatt Regency San Francisco. The cut-off date for the discounted room block is Monday, January 13, 2014. The Hyatt Regency San Francisco is located at the foot of Market Street and The Embarcadero in the financial district of San Francisco. It is recommended to fly into one of the area's 2 major airports: San Francisco International Airport (SFO) or Oakland International Airport (OAK).
