All registrations include one copy of the conference proceedings and one banquet ticket. If you are an author, please have your paper number available. (Can be found on your reviews.) Every paper must be accompanied by a unique registration - only one paper per registration. (If you have two papers in the workshop, you must register separately for each.)
No refunds to authors! Refunds to other attendees before October 15 will incur a 50% penalty. No refunds after October 15, 2009.
