Instructions for Presenters
Each speaker is allocated a slot of 20 minutes, being 15 minutes for your talk and 5 minutes for Q&A. The changeover between speakers is also included in this slot, so please aim to finish at the designated time.
There will be computers available in each room, if want to bring your .ppt or .pdf files on a USB drive. You can also use your own laptop. Each room has a projector (16:9) with VGA and HDMI connectors. If your laptop has a different display interface, please bring your own adapter to either HDMI or VGA.
In Belo Horizonte, the standard voltage is 127V and the standard frequency is 60Hz. Please be aware that some hotels may also have 220V outlets. (Brazil has recently changed its electric outlets standards to Type C or N (https://www.worldstandards.eu/electricity/plug-voltage-by-country/brazil/). Please bring your power plug adapter if necessary.
