5. As rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, early reservation is recommended. After September 4, room availability and rate may not be guaranteed.
6. The above rates only apply to convention participants who book & pay through the housing bureau.

1. Any change or cancellation should be informed by e-mail or fax to the housing bureau.
2. Cancellation received till Sep. 4 : 100% refund.
3. Cancellation received on or till Sep. 28 : 50% of one-night room rate will be charged.
4. Cancellation received from Sep. 29 or or no-show : One-night room rate will be charged.
