Submission of Final Papers: July 8, 2019
Deadline for Early Bird Registration: July 15, 2019
Registration will be required both for papers accepted for oral presentation and as extended abstract prior to final paper upload.
Instructions for Papers Accepted for Oral Presentation
Paper acceptance is made with the understanding that at least one author will attend and also present the paper at the conference.
The authors should revise the manuscript by respecting the improvements detailed in the reviewers’ comments and submit the final, revised manuscript. Electronic submission of the final version of the manuscript and all the necessary forms are due by July 8th.
Please note that all final versions of papers are limited to six (6) pages, excluding references. Authors are expected to follow the format of the conference templates, papers that fail to do so can not be included in IEEE Xplore®. It is also required that the authors agree with the standard terms specified as per the IEEE Online Copyright Transfer form. The reviewers’ comments can be found on the RAS Papercept portal apart from the decision notification email. Please ensure all the information describing the paper, for instance the title, abstract and author list is correct.
Instructions for Extended Abstracts to be included in IEEE Xplore®
The authors should ensure that the final submission of their extended abstracts is limited to two (2) pages, excluding references. Please note that if you follow these instructions the extended abstracts will be included in the proceedings, and archived in IEEE Xplore®.
Acceptance of the extended abstract is made with the understanding that at least one author will attend and also present a poster at the conference.

Authors have the option of not including their submission in the proceedings by following these instructions. The authors should ensure that the final submission of their extended abstracts is limited to two (2) pages, excluding references. Please note that authors should adhere to the following instructions if they do not wish to include the work in the proceedings, or be archived in IEEE Xplore®.

Travel Support
Students based in a United States institution will be able to apply for a travel award supported by the National Science Foundation (NSF). Priority will be given to students, who are authors of papers and posters presented at the meeting and requests will be accepted depending on funding availability.

Instructions for Presentations at Venue
Contributed papers will be invited for oral presentations. Extended abstracts will be invited for poster presentations. Further details can be found here.
