Authors attending the conference are invited to either a 15 minute oral presentation for accepted papers, or a 2.5 minute poster highlight followed by a 1 hour poster session for extended abstracts. Authors should follow the appropriate instructions depending on the nature of their contribution.
Oral Presentations
Format
Each contributed paper will be presented orally. The duration of each talk is 15 minutes: 12 minutes of presentation + 3 minutes of questions from the audience. Session chairs will keep strict time to ensure that the presentations do not overrun the allotted time slots.
Facilities
The room is equipped with a projector (4×3 aspect ratio), with VGA and HDMI connectivity. Authors would be allowed to connect their personal laptops to the projector during their talk.
Procedure
Please check the program to see the session of your talk. The presenters should test their laptops and connectors during any break before their session begins. Please be sure to arrive in the room before the session starts. Commence setting up your laptop during the 3 minutes of audience interaction of the previous speaker. The session chair will introduce you by name and affiliation. Your 15 minute slot includes speaker transition, the chair’s introduction, your talk and 3 minutes of questions from the audience.

Poster Presentations
Highlights
Please prepare a highlight video (4×3 aspect ratio, mp4 format, less than 10MB) of up to 150 seconds about your poster, and email it to alberto.quattrini.li@dartmouth.edu by August 12. In the poster highlight sessions each author would be allowed to speak for up to 150 seconds, accompanied by playback of the video highlight of their poster. A laptop from the conference organizers will be used to play all the highlights in an order that will be available in the final program.
Poster Presentations
Posters should be 44 inches x 36 inches in your choice of orientation. Poster board backing will be provided, but please bring your poster. Authors are instructed to set up their posters in time for their poster presentation session, which would be organized at the conference venue.
Procedure
Please check the program to see the session of both your poster highlight as well as the poster presentation. Make sure to arrive in the room before either session starts. Please ensure that your poster is up before the start of the poster presentation session. Volunteers will be available to assist with the process. The poster presenters are welcome to mount their posters early in the day and have them displayed the entire day. They must however take them down at the end of their poster presentation session.
