Paper format

All papers must be written in English, submitted in US Letter format and must meet IEEE XPlore PDF compliance. For templates and style files please see:

(La)TEX Template or MS Word Template.

DO NOT put headers/footers/page numbers on your paper. Additionally, it is critical that page margins be strictly observed. To check paper margins, please verify your PDF file:

select RoMoCo’19 => Next => Final submission of accepted paper => and run the Run the full pdf test including the margin, searchability and image resolution tests. This will allow you to check margins of your paper. If the visual inspection shows that all content is inside the gray margin, you can upload the paper.

Paper Submission

Authors should submit their papers electronically in PDF format via PaperPlaza system (available soon). For the final submission, a manuscript should be of 6 pages, with 2 additional pages allowed but at an extra charge.

All papers will be reviewed using a single-blind review process. Before final acceptance, all referees comments must be considered and a response letters of Author(s) should be attached to the final version of the paper.

For the second time in history of RoMoCo we want to establish Young Author Best Paper Award. Please see eligibility criteria and the way of submission here.

Upon acceptance, authors will be required to register and present their papers. Papers will be published in the IEEE Xplore system only if at least one of the authors is officially registered and the paper is presented.
