Conference Refund Policy
Requests for refunds must be made in writing by fax or email addressed to the Conference Registrar as indicated below and received by the following dates.
Before April 1, 2012
Full refund less a $75 administration fee
After April 1, 2012
50% refund less a $75 administration fee
After May 1, 2012
No refund.
Author Refunds: Authors whose papers are included in the conference proceedings are not eligible for a refund. Authors may receive a refund if they withdraw their papers before the paper is included in the conference proceedings.
Emergency Illness or Death: Refunds may be granted due to a family death, illness, or other extraordinary circumstance. Please contact the Conference Registrar .
Substitution Policy: Registrants may send a substitute in their place in lieu of requesting a refund.
