Authors are required to pay their registration fee
at the same time
as they submit their papers.
Completed papers following the IEEE submission format must be submitted no later than 15 February 2008. See the Manuscript Submission Page for paper submission documents.
Student Stipend Available
ISEI 2008 will provide free registration and $500 (US) towards expenses for up to ten students on first come first serve basis. The stipends will be awarded to help full-time students to participate in the conference. Please apply for support to the Chair of the Symposium using the attached application form by 15 March 2008.
