How many papers will a full registration cover?

Note that one full registration fee (i.e not a student registration) must be paid for accepted papers to be included in the final program, one full registration is allowed to upload two papers. For authors of accepted papers final submission and registration should be completed before June 22. Additional papers can be uploaded at an extra fee (290 USD per paper). Full (i.e. not presentation only) papers are allowed six pages, but two additional pages can be uploaded at an extra fee (100 USD per page). Link to registration.

What kind of equipment will be available for presentations?

A PC with Windows 7 Professional, 64-bit, 8 GB-RAM, MS Powerpoint 2010, Adobe Acrobat XI, and VLC Media player will be available in each room for the presentations on Tuesday-Thursday. You can bring your presentation on a USB stick and upload it to the computer 10 minutes before the session starts. In case you use non-standard fonts or need special video codecs or need anything non-standard please bring your own computer. The projectors have VGA and HDMI connections. In case you have a Powerpoint/Keynote presentation, please make sure to have a pdf-version as backup in case there will be any problems with displaying the presentation correctly. WIde (16:9) format make best use of screen, but standard 4:3 format can be used as well.
