IEEE CASE 2015 will be hosted by Elite Park Avenue Hotel. The hotel is located in central Gothenburg on the city’s main boulevard, Avenyn, just a short walk from the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre and Liseberg amusement park.
Bus
Airport Coaches offer transfer between Landvetter Airport and Gothenburg with departures up to every fifteen minutes. It takes 25 minutes and makes a stop at Park Avenue, just in front of the conference hotel. Tickets can be bought at the airport or onboard the bus with credit/debit cards, but also online https://www.flygbussarna.se/en/landvetter. A round-trip ticket costs 185 SEK (roughly 22 USD).
Taxi
Taxi takes 20 minutes from Landvetter Airport to the conference hotel and costs about 420 SEK (fixed prices is available). Taxi drivers accept credit cards. The address is Elite Park Avenue Hotel, Kungsportsavenyn 36-38, Gothenburg.
Public Transportation
Most sights in Gothenburg centre are easily reached by foot, but public transportation is also available. You cannot but tickets from the driver on any buses or trams instead you have to buy an SMS-ticket (pre-registration necessary) or to buy day tickets. More information is available at Västtrafik.
