COVID-19 issue

Health conditions and safety of the participants are top priorities for AMC2020. Due to the situation evolving and governmental regulations in force, AMC2020 is postponed to tentative dates 14-16.09.2020, after IES-IEEE approval from 16.03.2020. All accepted papers are IEEE copyright and most of the accepted papers have already registered. The remaining accepted papers still need to be registered in order to be included into AMC2020 conference proceeding and, after presentation, into IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

Prospective authors are invited to electronically submit full regular papers of their work. English is the working language of AMC2020. Papers are limited to six (6) pages. Up to two (2) additional pages can be accepted, but additional page fees must be paid at registration.

Submit only original work, not previously published or copyrighted. Prospective authors are expected to submit only their own original works. The AMC2020 will be using the CrossCheck automated screening system to help verify originality of papers. Submitted works may be compared to over 20 million articles in databases worldwide. Papers that violate IEEE's publication principles (among those IEEE Policy on Plagiarism, IEEE Policy on Double Submission) may be summarily rejected. If the violation is deemed severe, then disciplinary actions may also be taken by IEEE.

Authors must adhere to the IEEE Conference written paper format. The authors must submit the draft version of the paper for review before the due submission deadline of AMC2020. All papers must be submitted through the below IES Manuscript Submission System. IEEE is strict about the requirements for PDF files for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library. We strongly recommend to use the set of templates in MS Word and LaTeX format provided by IEEE. Use them to create your paper, but don't modify the style nor the format under any circumstances:

Creating Manuscripts for IEEE IES Conferences

Accepted papers will be copyrighted to IEEE and published in the conference proceedings.

Authors must submit the final version of the accepted manuscript and sign online the IEEE Copyright Form before the due submission deadline. Only PDF files will be accepted.
Authors must use the IEEE PDF eXpress site to convert the manuscript files to the IEEE required format. Please use the conference ID 44022X for accessing the IEEE PDF eXpress™ system.

Accepted papers will be indexed for and included in IEEE Xplore® Digital Library and indexed for EI Compendex only if all three of the following requirements are satisfied:
