AMC2020 is switched to fully virtual online event.

Health conditions and safety of the participants are top priorities for AMC2020. Due to the situation evolving and governmental regulations in force, AMC2020 is postponed to 14-16.09.2020, after IES-IEEE approval from 16.03.2020. All accepted papers are IEEE copyright and most of the accepted papers have already registered. The remaining accepted papers still need to be registered in order to be included into AMC2020 conference proceeding and, after presentation, into IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
All presenting participants of AMC2020 are kindly requested to be online in the
digital Rooms during the scheduled sessions and to reply questions, correspondingly participate
in disscussion, after the presentation. Each digital Room has technical
assistance for broadcasting on time
(CEST time)
the pre-recorded presentations submitted to AMC2020.
All sessions are chaired and moderated. During the presentations,
the microphones are on mute, while during the questions and discussion
round the session chairs give word to auditorium and moderate the digital podium.
The presentations in technical track and special sessions are scheduled for 20 min timeslot each,
and the plenary sessions and frontier lecture are scheduled for 50 min timeslot each.
Auditorium can also use chat function of the Room to pass questions to the presenter.
All sessions will be recorded and made available online after the conference.
All registered participants will receive a not distributable
AMC2020 access
to the digital event closer to the conference days.
PRE-RECORDED VIDEO PRESENTATIONS
All presenting authors of the accepted, IEEE copyright, and registered papers must submit
the pre-recorded video presentation, as announced on 07.08.2020.
An individual upload link is sent to the registered author of the corresponding paper.
Following technical requirements apply.
Only one video file per paper
Name of video file: ID number of registered paper (started with NF-)
Size of video file: maximal 15 min and 50 Mb (45 min and 150 Mb for plenary talks)
Format of video file: mp4
Submission deadline: 21.08.2020
Please notice that presentation files not complying with the above requirements
cannot be included into the digital AMC2020 program.
All pre-recorded video presentations will be broadcasted in the digital virtual rooms,
according to the scheduled sessions. The presenting authors are requested to be online
in the digital virtual room during the presentation, and to reply questions from auditorium
correspondingly to participate in the discussion. In absence of, at least one,
author the paper is marked as "no-show" and not included into IEEE Xplore® Digital Library.
All sessions are chaired and moderated.
ACCEPTED MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION
Authors must submit the final version of the accepted manuscript and sign online the
IEEE Copyright Form before the due submission deadline. Only PDF files will be accepted.
Authors must use the
IEEE PDF eXpress
site to convert the manuscript files to the IEEE required format.
Please use the conference ID 44022X for accessing the IEEE PDF eXpress™ system.
Accepted papers will be indexed for and included in IEEE Xplore® Digital Library and indexed for EI Compendex
only if all three of the following requirements are satisfied:
Submit all correct publication materials (manuscript PDF file and
online IEEE Copyright Form).
Register to AMC2020 and pay the registration fee.
Present the work at AMC2020.
MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION GUIDELINE
Prospective authors are invited to electronically submit full regular papers of their work.
English is the working language of AMC2020. Papers are limited to six (6) pages.
Up to two (2) additional pages can be accepted, but additional page fees must be paid at
registration.
Submit only original work, not previously published or copyrighted. Prospective authors
are expected to submit only their own original works. The AMC2020 will be using the
CrossCheck automated screening system to help verify originality of papers.
Submitted works may be compared to over 20 million articles in databases worldwide.
Papers that violate IEEE's publication principles
(among those IEEE Policy on Plagiarism,
IEEE Policy on Double Submission)
may be summarily rejected. If the violation is deemed severe, then disciplinary actions may also be taken by IEEE.
Authors must adhere to the IEEE Conference written paper format.
The authors must submit the draft version of the paper for review before the due submission deadline of AMC2020.
All papers must be submitted through the below IES Manuscript Submission System.
IEEE is strict about the requirements for PDF files for inclusion in the
IEEE Xplore® Digital Library.
We strongly recommend to use the set of templates in MS Word and LaTeX format provided by IEEE.

Accepted papers will be copyrighted to IEEE and published in the conference proceedings.
