AMC2020 is switched to fully virtual online event.

Health conditions and safety of the participants are top priorities for AMC2020. Due to the situation evolving and governmental regulations in force, AMC2020 is postponed to 14-16.09.2020, after IES-IEEE approval from 16.03.2020. All accepted papers are IEEE copyright and most of the accepted papers have already registered. The remaining accepted papers still need to be registered in order to be included into AMC2020 conference proceeding and, after presentation, into IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
Kristiansand has been chosen to host AMC2020
as the most southern part of Norway with its beautiful nature,
high integration of local industries, and
University of Agder (UiA – Universitetet i Agder)
which is an important host for the academic and applied research in the Agder region.
Kristiansand city is also known as the 'capital of southern Norway'.
It is convenient to access via international airport called
Kjevik (IATA code KRS),
well-connected to the largest hubs of the North Europe. From the land, Kristiansand can
be accessed by train or by car,
also via ferries.
Campus Kristiansand is the largest campus of UiA and
located
about 15 min ride time from the Kristiansand downtown area either by public bus
(AKT)
or by taxi (AgderTaxi).
The conference takes place in the central building of the Campus Kristiansand,
directly accesable from the public bus stop. Address: Universitetsveien 25, 4630 Kristiansand.
The conference banquet takes place in the evening of the second day of AMC2020, on April 21, in the historical
Christiansholm fortress. The fortress is
located
middle in the downtown area, with a beautiful seaside view on the bay,
and opens with interior and courtyard for the event.
