AMC2020 is switched to fully virtual online event. 16.03.2020
Health conditions and safety of the participants are top priorities for AMC2020. Due to the situation evolving and governmental regulations in force, AMC2020 is postponed to 14-16.09.2020, after IES-IEEE approval from 16.03.2020. All accepted papers are IEEE copyright and most of the accepted papers have already registered. The remaining accepted papers still need to be registered in order to be included into AMC2020 conference proceeding and, after presentation, into IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

** An "Online-Guest" registration (1.000,00 NOK) is also possible for persons who have not initially planned and registered to participate in AMC2020. This registration type (without any paper presentation) is via the same registration system and includes online access to all AMC2020 sessions, but not the prepared conference bag sent per post.

• All participants of AMC2020 must be registered.
• Only one registration per participant is required.
• Confirmation will be sent to the registered e-mail address automatically.
• * Student participants are kindly required to submit a scanned copy (PDF format and English language only) of the student certificate or confirmation from their affiliation institution.
  Without it, the regular registration fee will be charged.
• All payments are automatically in Norwegian NOK and via a credit card only.
• Regular and student registration fees include: attendance to all online sessions, upload of max 2 authored and accepted papers, and conference bag (sent per post upon conference)

• VISA SUPPORT
  Citizens of certain countries are required to obtain a visa to enter Norway.
  List of countries that have agreements with Norway and citizens of which do not need a visa to visit Norway can be found at Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (UDI).
  For obtaining visa the participants are requested to cosulst the embassy or consulate of Norway in their home country. Additional information can be found here.
  The participants can request an invitation letter required for application for the visa.
  Invitation letters can be issued only upon the registration fee is fully paid.
