Exhibition

The spaces consist of modules of two meters by three meters based on different options and rates corresponding to the exhibition floor plan. The exhibitors may rent base on of one or two modules adjacent depending on the space needs. The following is the exhibition floor plan.

Rates:

• One booth 3x2 mts. $1,750.00

In all cases, the rates cover a total of three days including: the exhibitor name on the module fascia, lighting, area with carpet, air conditioning, vigilance and security 24 hours, cleaning and a 120 Watts outlet. ( Exhibitors who may require other needs such as electrical and telephone installations, furniture, etc, may contract that separately).

The EXHIBITOR shall be responsible for all the transportation costs, customs paperwork and the preparation of the material to be exhibit ed in the module.
