These rates include the following benefits:

Procedures of Reservations

The reservations will be made through the reserves form sent by each client or through the Internet website. The confirmation deadline for special room rates in Single or Double Room USD$130+10% Tax and Intercontinental Club USD$180.00+10% Tax is until July 31, 2007. From August 1 to October 30, 2007 the rates will be Single or Double Room USD$160+10% Tax and Intercontinental Club USD$210.00 +10% Tax. After these dates, the reservations will be subject to availability, applying the effective rate to the public in general. Terms and conditions of cancellation/reduction of rooms will be applied in this case.

Procedure of Payments and Deposits

Each client will have to provide a credit card number and expiration date or cash deposit (first night), in order to book the reservation. In case of cancellation, the cancellation policy will be apply.

Reserved rooms without a guest name 30 days before the group arrival, will be release from blocking and will be returned to the inventory of the hotel for the sale. Non reserved rooms will be charged according to the cancellation/reduction terms and conditions.

Cancellation

The follow penalties will be applied to the guest in the case of cancellations:

• Until July 30 of 2007 – no charges applied, 100% Refund
• From August 1 to 30 of 2007 - 25% of the value
• From September 1 to 30, 2007 - 50% of the value
• From October 1 of 2007 – No Refund
