Registration fee for the Tutorials is free for the Technical Session attendees.
The fees for each Short Course and Technical Session are listed below. Those are payable in Japanese yen only and by credit card or by bank transfer.

*For EDTM 2017 participants who need to apply for visa to enter into Japan,
please apply at the time of online registration.
Payment
Your registration will only be accepted when full payment has been received.
If you are unable to pay with a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, AMEX or JCB),
please settle your balance by bank transfer to following bank account by February 10, 2017.

Payment Confirmation
If you have paid the registration fee by credit card, Payment Confirmation will be sent to the registered e-mail address automatically.
If you pay the fee by bank transfer, a reply e-mail with bank information will be sent to the registered e-mail address. After confirming your payment, Payment Confirmation will be sent by the Registration Office.
Please print out the Payment Confirmation e-mail and present at the registration desk to receive the conference materials.
Registration Correction
If there is anything else to be changed or corrected on your registration data, please contact the Registration Office.
Cancellation
If you cancel your participation in the conference, please be sure to notify the Registration Office by e-mail immediately. The following cancellation fee will apply, based on the date when the office receives notification of cancellation. All refunds will be made after the conference. If the refund is made by bank transfer, bank transfer fee will be deducted from the amount to be paid back.
