Exhibition Coffee Breaks – 6.000 US $/day

Exhibition Coffee Breaks take place in the morning and afternoon on the exhibit floor. will feature both morning and afternoon breaks for a total of six coffee breaks.

Wednesday Opening Reception – 20.000 US $

Over 500 attendees and exhibitors always look forward to this event which features food and drinks. By sponsoring this significant event, you will let everyone know you are a major player in the ultrasonic industry.

Thursday Student Reception – 10.000 US $

All students attending the Conference are invited to attend a complimentary standing evening reception from 7:00-9:00pm on Thursday at the Caribe Royale Hotel.

Special Clinical Session – 9.000 US $

The 2011 International Ultrasonics Symposium will have a special clinical session to show how medical ultrasonic technologies are used in clinical practices. This special session, which will take place on Wednesday at 11 a.m. in XXX, consists of three invited presentations.

Student Travel Support – Multiples of 1.000 US $

It has been a long tradition to provide travel support to students. Every year IEEE UFFC and the symposium provide 30.000 US $ travel support for student each. To allow more students to attend the IEEE Intranational Ultrasonics Symposium 2011, we are soliciting money for travel support for students.

Student Best Paper Competition – 7.000 US $ or 7 presents for the winners

Every year 7 students receive the Student Paper Award (3 from Group 1, and 1 of each other Group). The Student Paper Award consists of a letter and a small amount of money. Sometime the winner received in addition a present.

Sponsor Levels

Silver, Gold or Platinum level sponsorship levels are achieved based on an sponsor's total commitment to IUS 2011. Each dollar spent on exhibition space, sponsorships, and advertising will be summed up. For Platinum Level a sum of 25.000 US $, for Gold Level a sum of 10.000 US $, and for Silver Level a sum of 5.000 US $ are required.

Sponsors receive the following benefits:

• Company name and logo in the Program Booklet
