Information for Authors

Final version (Camera Ready) Instruction

  1. At least one author should register for the conference with a full-registration fee, which is valid for up to two accepted papers.
  2. Prepare the final version of the accpeted paper according to the specified format:
    • The paper is typeset in 10pt, IEEE double column format
    • Manuscript should not contain pictures or biographies of the authors anywhere
    • The final manuscript should not exceed 6 pages including all figures and reference unless the additional fee has been paid
  3. IEEE Xplore PDF compliance must be checked at the IEEE PDF Xpress web site. The file should be IEEE Xplore complaint otherwise; IEEE will not allow the file to be on the IEEE Xplore database. To meet the requirements, you must ensure that your PDF file is agreeing to IEEE standards which can be ensured by using the IEEE PDF express system before submitting the paper to the EDAS portal. Steps to check the IEEE compatibility:
    • Go to the IEEE PDF eXpress site at https://www.pdf-express.org/
    • Click on the link "New Users - Click Here" and fill in your information. The requied Conference ID is ss12x

  4. The camera ready version must be submitted via EDAS Web Site. Please submit the PDF version returned to you by PDF express after the compliance check has passed.
  5. IEEE copyright form must be submitted with each accepted paper. Please click at "record copyright" link on EDAS which will take you to an IEEE electronic Copyright submission site. Please complete the form on the IEEE site to record your copyright.

Paper Submission

Prospective authors are encouraged to submit a full paper for review. Only original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere will be considered.

The manuscripts must follow the IEEE two-column format with single-spaced, 10-point font in the text. The maximum paper lengthis of five (5) pages. A sixth page may be accepted after an additional fee. Submission of a regular paper implies that at least one of the authors will have a full registration to the conference and present the paper upon the acceptance of the submission.

Papers must be registered and presented for inclusion in IEEE Xplore. Non-complying papers will not be included in the proceedings.
