Cancellation Policy
- The cancellation fee is 75 Euro till June 12th.
- From June 12th to June 19th the cancellation fee is 50% of the corresponding Early Registration fee.
- Cancellation is not possible after June 19th.
Please note that each paper needs to be covered by a non-student registration of an author before April 10, and that each non-student registration can cover up to 4 papers.
