Authors of the accepted papers are requested to register (as author INR 6000 for IEEE member and INR 7500 for Non-IEEE Member plus payment gateway charges as applicable) so as to include the paper in the INDICON 2021 technical program and subsequent inclusion in conference proceedings. The registration page will be open from 15.10.2021 onwards. Last date of author registration is 20.10.2021. Keep visiting the registration page for further updates.

As mentioned in the registration page, one registration will cover up to 2 accepted papers if authors are same.
Request for reduction / waive off the registration charges for authors are not granted. Once the registration is done, authors will receive further guidelines by November first week regarding the guidelines for presentation. Authors are free to choose either an online mode for presentation through our virtual platform or can come to IIT Guwahati for the physical presentation. Presentation in one of the modes is mandatory to include your paper in the INDICON conference proceedings.
Your paper should be formatted using the Word or LaTeX templates and convert to PDF by following the instructions available at MS Word and LaTeX templates in A4 page size. (https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html) Every accepted paper can have up to 6 pages in the final PDF format as given above. If needed, additional pages (maximum 2 more additional pages apart from basic 6 pages) can be added if authors feel it is absolutely needed to make the content of the paper. This has to be done by paying an extra change of INR 1000 per additional page to be done along with the registration process. The title of the paper and authors list has to be same as that of the one submitted in EDAS at the time of initial manuscript paper submission to INDICON.
The first author of each paper will get an email from IEEE eCF regarding the instructions to submit copyright form. The copyright form should be first submitted before uploading the camera-ready copy of the paper through IEEE PDF eXpress TM site (https://ieee-pdf-express.org). If you do not receive such email, before 15.10.2021, please contact Dr. Sanasam Ranbir Singh at ranbir@iitg.ac.in.
