1. My paper is accepted for publication in INDICON 2021. Can I present it through online mode?

Yes, Conference is in hybrid mode. Presenters can choose either online or offline mode according to their preference. Indicate the mode of registration in the registration portal.

2. My two papers are accepted in INDICON 2021. Do I need to make two author registrations?

Each author registration covers upto two accepted papers. However, for more than two papers you need to make additional registrations.

3. I have made registration as an author. But unfortunately I will not be able to present the paper. Can my co-author present the paper behalf of me?

Yes. Registered author can transfer his registration to co-author, who should be a registered participant (student/delegate/author). Registered author should provide transfer request in email on or before 30th November 2021. More details visit the Transfer Policy in the registration page.

4. While submitting the paper I accidentally forgot to add an author name. Can I add his/her name now?

No. It’s not possible to add or remove names to author list.

5. What is the registration fee for author for accepted paper?

At least one author of an accepted paper should register as author. For authors with IEEE membership, registration fee is INR 6000 and for Non IEEE members it is 7500. Registration fee details can be found in conference webpage

6. Will there be travel grants for attending the conference?

There will not be any travel grants for attending the conference. However, the organizers would like to give free e-passes (fellowships) to selected applicants to attend the conference virtually. Details of call for fellowships will be floated by November 2nd week in the conference webpage.

7. I would like to present my paper in offline mode. Is campus accommodation available in IITG?

Due current institute COVID protocol, we are not able to provide campus accommodation for the participants. Participants have to arrange their accommodation by themselves.

8. Can I pay my registration fee through Demand Draft / Bank transfer?

No, It is mandatory that registration fee has to be paid through the payment gateway only. No other payment method is acceptable. Payment gateway charges as applicable has to be paid at the time of registration.

9. Will my registration fee be refunded if I don’t attend the conference?

No the registration fees will NOT be refunded.

10. Will I get registration kits?

Authors and delegates who have opted for physical mode (offline) are eligible to get registration kits. Lunch on conference days and banquet will also be provide for them. Registration kits and lunch will not be provided to participants who attend in virtual (online) mode
