Information for prospective authors of IEEE INDICON 2021 :
Prospective authors are invited to submit original research papers (not being considered for publication elsewhere) in standard IEEE conference template describing new theoretical and/or experimental research results in the following broad areas (but not limited to):
Track 1: AI and Data Science
Track 7: Computational Biology and Biomedical Informatics
Track 2: Robotics and Cybernetics
Track 8: Antenna and Microwave Techniques
Track 3: Devices, Circuits and Systems
Track 9: Communications Networks, IoT
Track 4: Control and Instrumentation
Track 10: Computer Architecture and Embedded Systems
Track 5: VLSI and Nanotechnology
Track 11: Signal Processing and Multimedia
Track 6: Power, Energy and Power Electronics
Track 12: Security and Privacy
Prospective authors are requested to submit full length paper no longer than six (6) pages. Additional charges will be levied for each additional pages. The paper must clearly state the objectives of the work, its significance in the advancement of scientific and technical knowledge. Paper Specifications
Paper must comply with the following specifications:
Paper Length: Maximum 6 pages
Page Size: US Letter (8.5" x 11")
Fonts: Embed ALL fonts in your PDF file
Avoid the use of Type 3 fonts
File Format: Adobe PDF (.pdf); after conversion through pdfexpress
Allowed File Size: 2.0MB(max.)
Papers are to be submitted via EDAS Conference Management System.
Click on the paper submission link and register on EDAS. Follow instructions to complete the paper submission process.
All co-authors have to register in the EDAS CMS else names of co-authors cannot be incorporated at later stage.
Select only one track at the time of track selection for a given paper
Do NOT give page number in your paper
Do NOT apply security settings to your PDF file.
Please note that the review will be in Double Blind format, so do not include author details anywhere in the manuscript; also avoid acknowledgements
Copyright form has to be submitted at the time of final submission
For any paper to be considered for review, its similarity score should be below 30% (excluding reference and Quotes). Papers with similarity index of >/= 60% will be rejected outright.
Note:
Deviations from the above paper specifications will result in rejection of your submission without any reference.
Poster Specifications:
There will be a large number of posters presented during the conference. It is essential that your poster is put up just before the respective sessions and removed immediately after it has ended. You must be presented at your poster for the duration of your assigned poster session.
The placement of your poster will be marked on the panel, where it will be presented with the number of your poster contribution. Look for your number in the conference program.
The size of the poster panel that is available to each presenter is: 3.5 Feet (high) x 3 Feet (wide) [100 cm x 90 cm]
The format of the poster panel is portrait (height > width). This cannot be modified. You are free to choose a single poster (or many smaller posters) that fit on the given panel size.
Your posters will be attached to the panel with push pins, which will already be available on the panel. If you need more push pins to hang your poster, please contact the poster area volunteer who will be deployed there.
Note:
Papers submitted for the Conference(#52576) upon peer review when accepted need to be presented for further submission for consideration to include in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, subject to final decision based on quality of the peer review and technical program development for the Conference by the Technical Program Integrity Committee (TPIC) of IEEE.
The best papers in each track will be selected from contributed papers for awards.
