The official language of the Conference is English. Each oral presentation is allocated a 20-minute time slot. These 20-minutes must include the presentation, questions, any discussion, and the transition to the next presentation. It is strongly recommended that speakers plan on a 15-16 minute presentation to allow 4-5 minutes for questions.
Presenters should be in the session room 15 minutes before the session begins to meet with the session chair, who should be near the stage/lectern. Presentation shall be uploaded to the computer in the session room via either CD-ROM or USB flash memory stick during the break before the session.
Presenters are advised when uploading their presentations to check whether formulas/animations are shown correctly.
Each session room will be equipped with a computer/LCD projector, a microphone, and a pointing device. The software installed on the computer includes:
• Windows7 (32bit)
• MS Office 2013 (PowerPoint)
• Internet Explorer 11
• Windows Media Player 12
• Adobe Acrobat Reader DC
• Flash Player 10
Each presenter is strongly recommended to give a presentation using the computer equipped at the session room, in order to ensure smooth program running to minimize transition time between presentations. The committee cannot guarantee your presentation time in case of trouble caused by using your own personal computer.
One of the authors must present the paper at the conference in order to include it in the final proceedings appearing in IEEE Xplore. The session chair(s) for your session will have a Feedback Form where they will mark whether or not your paper was presented at the session. If the Form indicates that the paper was not presented, it will be automatically withdrawn from appearing in IEEE Xplore.
The poster session will be held on March 9, 2017 (the 2nd day of the conference).
The presenters are required to be present at their poster during the "core time",
which is from 13:20 to 14:00. Display boards are available on 9:00 of the day and posters must be in place by 12:00. After the session of the day (around 17:00), presenters are supposed to take the poster home with you.
The venue for the Poster session will be the LOBBY on Level 10, located just in front of the PAREA HALL. A display board whose size is 210cm tall and 90cm wide
will be prepared for each presenter. The poster is not required to fill this entire space; it would be preferable if the size is less than 90cm width and 150cm height. Push pins or other attachment methods will be provided. Note, however, that THERE WILL BE NO ACCESS TO ELECTRIC OUTLETS. Thus, your laptop should be fully charged if you want to use it as part of your presentation.
