Participants are kindly invited to register in advance for the conference. On-line pre-registrations will start on Thursday, December 1, 2016 and will close on Monday, February 21, 2017. The deadline for Early-registration is January 23(Mon).

All payment must be made in Japanese yen by credit card. (American Express, Visa, Master Card, Diners Club and JCB are acceptable.)
You can download a receipt for your payment from your "My LaCool" page by yourself. Please note that you can download it just one time. The receipt issue deadline date is May 31, 2017. Please download a receipt by yourself as we do not have the receipt issue service on site.
The registration fee cannot be refunded.
If you need an invitation letter or Visa application documents, please send your "Certificate of Employment" and a copy of your passport to the Registration Desk of ICCEM2017 (reg-iccem2017@convention.co.jp) after your registration. Please note we will prepare necessary documents only to those who have already completed registration with required payment. When contacting the Registration Desk, please let us know your Registration Number.
