This session is for all interested members of IEEE but particularly active volunteers. All Council officers and committee chairs are urged to attend if they have not attended a previous Region 3 training workshop. Section officers including members-at-large of the executive committee, Chapter Chairs, and Committee Chairs are expected to attend if they have not attended a Region 3 training workshop previously. This particularly includes newly elected individuals. All other members as well who wish to learn more about the IEEE are encouraged to attend.
