Representing an organization formed as a student branch of IEEE in IIEE, the emblem of IIEE-IEEE Student Branch derives its design from the insignia of the two “institutes”. However, it is not a mere compound of these two components. In this emblem, fusion of industrial gear and atom with revolving electrons, symbolically representing industrial electronics, with upward pointing arrow from IEEE, shows blend of desire for brilliant future and commitment to excellence of our student branch. This design is of dark blue color since both the emblems of IIEE and IEEE do also have a dark blue color. This emblem has been designed by Mr. Ismail Sultan.

This beautiful design for the logo of IIEE-IEEE Student Branch is the result of a logo competition for the design of the logo of IIEE-IEEE Student Branch, held in July 2001.
