Late Registration Rates

Important Note

Author(s) of all selected submissions are required to complete participant registration of at least ONE Author within the Late Registration deadline of 07 Feb. 2014, failing which their submissions will be excluded from the CD-ROM Proceedings, Abstract Proceedings, and IEEE Xplore Proceedings. However completing ONLY the registration process does not ensure inclusion of your article on the Proceedings until Copyright Form and Camera-Ready Manuscript has also been submitted within 28 Jan. 2014 through the options available on Manuscript Submission Portal.

Attendees including Author(s) not registering within the Late Registration Deadline will not be ensured accommodation availability although if charges are paid in advance.

Spot registration is not currently available for this symposium.

Workshop registration is in addition to the conference fee as opted by the attendee. All options to be marked separately.

Additional Attendee Charges*

Additional attendees (up to 2 person per registered attendee) is available at charges of INR 2,000 / USD 33 per person. This does not include accommodation charges but are inclusive of other spot facilities provided by the organizers.

Accommodation Rates

All registered attendees will be provided hostel accommodation at no additional charge. Faculty / Professionals can avail accommodation at Technology Guest House (AC) on additional payment. Students requiring accommodation at Technology Guest House shall be allotted accommodation as per availability.
