• Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE DCAS 2016 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®.

• Each accepted paper requires a full conference registration (member or non-member rate). Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper.

• All papers must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference, unless advance permission is granted by the organizing committee for a substitute.
