September 18, 2007: Instructions for session chairs and organizers were added to the Technical Sessions page.

September 14, 2007: Tutorial #2 "Power Converters for Utility Applications" and Tutorial #3 "Multi-Level / Matrix Converters - Voltage Quality and Electrical Machine PWM Loss Evaluation" were cancelled by their organizers. The registration service will refund the tutorial fee to the people who enrolled.

September 7, 2007: Tutorial #6 "More Than Arc Flash - Designing and Implementing a State of the Art Electrical Safety Program" has been cancelled. The tutorial fee has been refunded to people who enrolled.

September 5, 2007: The Conference Schedule, Technical Program, and Tutorial pages were updated with more recent information.  

August 6, 2007: The Conference Schedule and Technical Program pages were updated with more recent information.   Authors and people who have requested rooms should check the new documents for accuracy.

May 14, 2007: The registration requirements for authors to upload papers were clarified on the Authors Instructions and Critical Dates pages.  

May 8, 2007: A link to the web site for conference registration was added to the Registration page.  

May 4, 2007: A link to the web site for hotel registration was added to the Hotel Registration page.  Conference registration will open soon.

May 3, 2007: A link to the web site for authors to upload papers was added to the Author Instructions page.

April 8, 2007: A preliminary schedule was added to the Conference Schedule page. 

March 17, 2007: The conference registration fees and the hotel rates were added to the Conference Registration and Hotel Registration pages.

Feb. 1, 2007: The contract with the Sheraton hotel was signed.  Special thanks go to the Local Committee and to Mark Nelms, the IAS Meeting Chair,  for responding so quickly to the news that the renovation of the Hyatt hotel would not be completed in time for the meeting.
