Important notice: Attendees who stay in the conference hotel will be eligible for a discount when registering for the conference.

The meeting will be held at The Westin Edmonton, one of Edmonton's premier hotels. Its 416 guest rooms and 15 individual meeting rooms make it an ideal location for conferences and conventions. You may click here to register using the Internet or you may register by calling 780-426-3636 and telling the telephone agent that you will be attending the IEEE IAS 2008 Annual Meeting. Reservations must be made prior to September 3, 2008. After 5:00 pm in Edmonton on that date, the room block will be released and you will only be able to get a room on a space-available basis.

Please register for the hotel as early as possible. The conference hotel has fewer rooms than the hotels used for previous meetings. It is possible that no more rooms will be available a month or more before the conference starts.
