The 2014 conference room rate is $199 ($Cdn) per night, based on a single/double room. The room block reservations deadline is to be announced. After the room block deadline, the conference hotel room discount can no longer be guaranteed. Room bookings are based on availability, so please book early to avoid disappointment. Parking is available underground for an additional daily fee ($25/day, subject to change). Important note: Before booking your hotel room, you must register for the conference first. You may then use your conference confirmation code to obtain the conference room rate discount. Workshop attendees shall make their reservations directly with the hotel.
