Please register for the conference prior to booking your hotel room to receive the conference room rate (use the conference registration confirmation code). Any person participating in workshop activities including presentations, panel discussions, exhibitions, hospitality suites, etc. must register. Tutorial providers who do not participate in any workshop events other than their tutorial need not register. There are also options for attending the tutorials without registering for the conference, revised fees apply (details within the registration link).

**Late registration for Exhibitors runs from January 19, 2014 until February 19, 2014. There is no "at the door" option for Exhibitors.

Additional Booth Space cannot be added to exhibitor registrations however exhibitors are able to register multiple individuals as exhibitors to obtain multiple 10’x10’ booth spaces (To a maximum of 4 per exhibitor). Prices above are for booth space only, carpet, chairs, and power are extra. Coordination with Exhibition Chair is required to ensure multiple booths are adjacent.

One day registration options are not available for trade show exhibitors.

Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made directly with the Workshop Registrar. Because there is a cost associated with processing the registration we will not be able to provide a 100% refund. A refund of 80% will be given if the Registration chair receives notice of cancellation up until February 3, 2014.

Travel Information Regarding Passports:
The Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative requires that all US citizens planning on visiting Canada after this date will need a valid passport to re-enter the United States. You, and any guest you bring with you, will need a valid passport to attend the Workshop. Obtaining a Passport can be a lengthy process. You can get a rush put on one but the cost is much higher. Under normal circumstances it takes at least 3 weeks. It can take up to 2 months especially if you have to go get a copy of your Birth Certificate.

Students outside North America: Registrations for students from outside North America will only be accepted at the door.
