(1) You must be an IEEE member at the time of registration to receive the IEEE member discount. Please visit ieee.org/join for details.
(2) Companion registration must accompany a regular registration. A companion is anyone over the age of 12 yrs that is accompanying a regular registrant.
(3) Child (Age 5-12) registration must accompany a regular registration.
Important Notes
No invoices will be sent, they are available when registering online.
Each attendee must register separately.
Attendees not using credit cards must send a check or money order to the address below, payable to IEEE Switchgear Committee and drawn on a US bank or a US branch of an International bank for the total registration amount in US Dollars.

REFUNDS OR CHANGES TO REGISTRATION
The registration system allows you to ADD events to your registration at any time. Changes (including cancellations) which result in a refund can only be handled by an administrator. To add an event, or make a change that does not result in a refund, click on the "Change Registration" link in the Committee's website (go to "Next Meeting -> Registration" page).
If you need to make a change that results in a refund, email your request to Ashlee Clark, Conference Registrar. Emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation Policy: There is a US$15 service charge on any refund requested before February 11, 2022.
There is a US$50 service charge on any refund requested from February 11, 2022 to March 11, 2022. THERE IS NO REFUND AFTER March 11, 2022.
