Poster style and lecture style (podium) presentations are two equally important and valuable methods for presenting papers at ICORR 2019. All papers will be presented either by poster or by podium presentation.
Podium presentations
Each oral presentation will be 12 minutes long, followed by 3 minutes of questions. For further information please visit: Presenter Guidelines.
Poster presentations
Posters must be A0 size (84.1 x 118.9 cm or 33.1 x 46.8 inches), portrait format.
The ICORR logo must be placed on the top right corner of the poster.
Setup time starts at 8 am on Monday, June 24th. All posters must be set up at the latest by 8 am on Tuesday, June 25th. Posters have to be taken down or will be removed and tossed at 4 pm on Thursday, June 27th.
Candidates for the best poster award need to be present in front of their posters during the poster viewing and judging session on June 26th from 8:45 – 10:00 am to be eligible for the award.
In addition to the official poster viewing and judging session, scheduled for Wednesday morning, all poster presenters will be assigned certain slots during coffee breaks, during which they are expected to be present at their posters. The schedule can be found here.
